If you’re feeling out-of-sorts, not quite yourself, or just plain unhealthy, trust me, I get it. I’ve been there myself.


As we get older, things change. Our bodies need things we never even thought about and maybe never even knew about. But here’s the thing: aging doesn’t have to mean feeling “old.” We can still lead vibrant lives, full of vitality and strength.


Sure, it might mean making some adjustments along the way, but trust me, they’re not insurmountable and we can continue to glow, continue to thrive, and live our life to the fullest.


Starting the Vibrant Wellness Community was a personal journey for me. I was grappling with fatigue, hair loss, and chronic pain, to name a few… by the time I was 55 I was scared and frustrated that “this” was my life. Nothing I was trying was working, and I felt like I had run out of options. I wasn’t looking for “miracles”. I just wanted my pain-free, energetic, healthy feeling, sleeping well life back!


After years of trying everything and hitting brick walls and dead ends, I finally discovered solutions that have truly worked wonders for me. And now, I’m on a mission to share them with you. And because of what I’ve learned and the amazing people I’ve met along the way, I’ve also brought together a team of experts specializing in Fitness, Nutrition, and Mindset to offer comprehensive support.

My vision for this community is simple: to foster a supportive network and serve as a go-to hub for tackling common issues like brain fog, low energy, hair loss, dull skin, weight management, and sleep troubles—yes, I’ve battled them all.


The more I came to understand just how unique each of us is, the clearer it became to me that there really is no one-size-fits-all solution. But we CAN find what works best for US! That’s where I come in.


I’m here to share my journey, things I’ve learned, and guide you in discovering your own path to healthy balance and strength. It’s also important to me that you know you don’t have to go it alone. We ALL deserve to feel good and be supported.
